More than 30 years of experience working in conflict zones in Africa. Extensive experience on topics such as mediation, security sector reform, and security arrangements during peace accords. Programming and management experience from Somalia, Sudan and Zimbabwe and a frequent guest lecturer on security sector training courses around the world.
